Eyewear Increase Among Students

With childhood myopia on the rise in the recent years, it has affected some of our students as well. We recommend parents to reduce the electronics and tech gadget times in order to avoid your little ones’ eyesight from deteriorating.

It is also important for children to have up to 8 to 9 hours of sleep each night apart from nap time during the day. This will ensure well rested eyes and mind to ensure that their days can carry on smoothly.
