Leather is a special and difficult medium for many beginner designers to work with, due to its soft exterior yet the tough skeleton. It is easy to wrinkle, scar, crease and discoloration to wear if it’s not well taken care of. There are also cruelty free leathers that are just as high quality and has unique characteristics that makes it so pricey and special.

Our trainees are constantly taught to challenge themselves and this is exactly what they will learn at G-fashion training grounds. It is important to know how to properly identify good and genuine leather as well as to how to properly care for it. And also to fix and repair any parts of the leather that has been damaged in order to extend its life.
