To make sure that our children are not only learning efficiently but leading a healthy and balanced lifestyle, we at Kids’ World believe in healthy and balanced diet with nutritiousmeals. Children will be taught as according to the food pyramid as to what foods should be eaten moderately or more of.
With a balanced diet of meat, fish, vegetables and diary, children will grow up stronger with sufficient amount of iron, carbohydrates, calcium and vitamins to lead a healthy development from a young age. There will also be hands on activities and mini quizzes where students will learn how to make simple meals and snacks, as well as learn the importance of each nutritional factors.
For children with special dietary needs, they will not be handling or consuming any food items to ensure their safety and avoid any incidents.
